Cobie Legrange has an MBA and 24 years’ experience in the investment industry. He held a quantitative role in an investment team at PSG conducting asset manager - and market structure research in 1999 then went on to manage portfolio positions in fixed interest, small caps and the value silo at mCubed Asset Management, now Momentum Manager of Managers during 2001. Cobie then held a senior role in Acsis's investment team, now Old Mutual Wealth for 8 years between 2005-2013 before spending 2 years at ClucasGray building bespoke portfolios for clients. Cobie co-founded Rexsolom in 2014. He is a member of the investment committee and heads up marketing and client services whilst implementing and monitoring Rexsolom’s fund solutions.

Dawn Ridler has a BSc, Hons, MBA and is a Certified Financial Planner® with 15 years’ experience in Financial Advice. After several decades of experience in senior corporate positions, she joined Sasfin in 2008 as an Independent Financial Advisor gaining broad-based experience in every aspect of financial advice from medical aid and short term to life insurance, retirement planning, estates, and investments. In 2013 she joined Hexon, now part of Oracle Broker Services. Since 2018 Dawn has been on various committees associated with the Financial Planning Institute, and her articles are frequently published in the media. Dawn heads up client advice at Rexsolom and ensures that third party advisors give and maintain appropriate advice.

Lesley Legrange has a BCOM (Hons) in Industrial Psychology. She started her career in human resources in 1999 and moved to recruitment in 2000. She was the co-founder of Workstream in 2004, an integrated training and resource company which implemented human resource training solutions for large corporates. She joined Rexsolom in 2019 and fulfils a client service role.

Walda Huysamen has a BA Marketing Communication degree. She started her career in a Marketing company fulfilling a Marketing Assistant position. She joined a private educational institution in 2006 as a Student Advisor and in 2010, she started her teaching career and taught Economics, Management Sciences as well as Business Studies. In 2019, she joined Rexsolom and fulfils a client service role.
